Common Questions

How do I start a consultation? What materials should I prepare?

You can contact us through the online consultation form; a medical advisor will reach out after you submit basic information. We recommend preparing in advance: medical history summaries, imaging reports (CT/MRI/PET-CT), pathology reports, genetic test reports (if any), and a current medication list. We will help translate non-Chinese materials.

How long does treatment in China take?

It depends on the treatment plan. For cell therapy, the process usually includes preliminary evaluation, cell collection, manufacturing (about 2-3 weeks), reinfusion and observation — typically 4-6 weeks in Boao in total. The exact duration is determined by your individual treatment plan.

Which languages does the hospital support?

We currently provide medical interpretation in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Arabic and French, covering outpatient visits, ward rounds, informed consent, surgery and all other medical processes.

Can family members accompany me? How is accommodation arranged?

Family accompaniment is fully supported. We can help book hotels or serviced apartments near the hospital so family members can stay close to the patient during treatment.
